We try to find the most appropriate shipping method based on the destination. There are circumstances that are out of our control (like customs and security checks, natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements or delays. While most of the packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our logistic partners may experience.
What carrier will you use to ship my order?
We ship most orders via USPS Priority Mail. Bulk orders will be shipped via UPS.
All in stock orders that do not include name tapes or custom embroidery typically take 24-48hrs to process and ship. We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 days in transit.
We process all name tape orders on Fridays at noon EST regardless of when you place your order. We try to produce and ship the name tape orders by the following Friday but sometimes it takes slightly longer and sometimes slightly shorter.
A good rule to follow when trying to estimate how long it will take to receive your order:
No Name Tapes: Estimated Arrival: 2-7 days
With Name Tapes: Estimated Arrival: 7-21 business days
Custom Embroidered: Estimated Arrival: 7-21 business days
Can I ship to international addresses?
We can ship internationally for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information on international shipments.
Can I ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Can I ship my order to someone else or a different address?
Yes, orders can be shipped to a different address than the billing address. You will have the option to enter a new shipping address at checkout.
How is the shipping cost determined?
The shipping cost is based on the order qty, total weight, and the delivery address.

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification.
