Omit any box that you do not want included. If you Omit rank and service than only what you put in for initials and last name will appear centered below the logo or warfare pin that you have selected for your name tape." If you only put one word in the "last name" box, we will assume that is a call sign and center it below the logo or warfare insignia. See examples.
Please double check the spelling
and that the name, rank, and service you enter is exactly what you want to
be printed. We are not responsible for spelling errors.
