ORDERING:

Where can I get a Coverbag?

You're in the right place.  You can order a Coverbag right here on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

Are you available in any retail stores?

TheCoverBag can be found in select military exchanges around the world. 

How do I place an order?

You can browse our products here at our website and will have the option to add items to your shopping cart as you shop. When you are ready to check out, enter any promotional codes in the box under "Apply Coupon" banner and then proceed to checkout, you have the option of manually entering your credit card information or utilizing Paypal. Fill out the remaining information with regard to billing and shipping. Once your order is complete a confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction and an email version of this summary will be sent to the email address you provide.

Can I place an order by phone?

If you are having trouble ordering via our website please CONTACT US and we will respond within 24hrs. 

What if the item I wish to purchase is marked OUT OF STOCK?

If an item is marked out of stock that means we do not currently hold that item in inventory, some items that sell out will only be available during certain parts of the year.  

What if the item I wish to purchase is back ordered?

Although we make every effort to maintain healthy inventory levels, occasionally we run out of stock on certain items. If the item you have purchased is on back order we will notify you with an expected delivery date.

SHIPPING:

How do I know when my order ships?

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification.

What carrier will you use to ship my order?

We ship most orders via USPS Priority Mail.  Bulk orders will be shipped via UPS.
How long will my order take to ship?

All in stock orders that do not include name tapes or custom embroidery typically take 24-48hrs to process and ship. We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 days in transit. 

We process all name tape orders on Fridays at noon EST regardless of when you place your order.  We try to produce and ship the name tape orders by the following Friday but sometimes it takes slightly longer and sometimes slightly shorter. 

A good rule to follow when trying to estimate how long it will take to receive your order:

No Name Tapes: Estimated Arrival: 2-7 days
With Name Tapes: Estimated Arrival: 7-21 business days
Custom Embroidered: Estimated Arrival: 7-21 business days

Can I ship to international addresses?

We can ship internationally for an additional fee. Please CONTACT US for more information on international shipments.

Can I ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes

Can I ship my order to someone else or a different address?

Yes, orders can be shipped to a different address than the billing address. You will have the option to enter a new shipping address at checkout.

How is the shipping cost determined?

The shipping cost is based on the order qty, total weight, and the delivery address.

How do I track my order?

When an order is shipped you will receive an email notification.  Orders typically take 2-3 days in transit.  We can provide tracking numbers upon request.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, & Paypal

Can I use a debit card?

Yes, debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo are accepted.

I've entered all of my information correctly, but my order will not process. What should I do?

Double check that the address you typed match the address on file with the credit card company? If you still encounter a problem after you have verified that the address matches, please CONTACT US.

Do you offer coupons or any discounts?

Occasionally we will update our social media sites with promotional codes.  The best way to find any current discounts is to follow us on social media. 

What do I do if my promotional code doesn't work?

Our promotional codes are case sensitive.  Please double check that you have entered the correct case sensitive code. It is possible that the code you entered has expired. If you still encounter a problem after you have verified the code, double check the terms and expiration date of that particular code, some of our promotional codes do expire.  

How is sales tax calculated?

You will only be charged sales tax if your billing address is in the state of Maryland.

How do I sign in to TheCoverBag.com?

If you are a returning customer, click the My Account tab located on the top of the screen, and enter your email address and password. If you are a new customer, click the Create Account button, and create an account by filling in the form. 

Do I have to create an account?

Signing in is optional. You can check out without signing in. To save time during checkout create an account.

How do I update my account or payment information?

You will be able to make any updates, or changes, by logging into your account. 

How do I change my password?

You will be able to make any updates, or changes, by logging into your account. 

What do I do if my password doesn't work?

In the My Account page, scroll down to Forgot Your Password?, enter your email address and click the RESET MY PASSWORD button.We will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
